Shibashi movement number 3:- Rainbow dance

Tuesday nights I will now be teaching the wonderful Qigong practice for health called Shibashi (18 exercises of Tai Chi ~ Qigiong).

Combining gentle opening and stretching exercise movements with natural deep relaxed breathing that help to get rid of used air from within the body while taking in fresh air and Qi. If you are new to the Chinese way to health and fitness, or new to exercise in general, are looking to improve or enhance existing fitness practices, or looking to rehabilatate from work or sports injury then Shibashi practice is for you.

Chinese saying:-

Relaxation is the route to longevity. Stress is the root of all illness.

Hi Joan, thank you for your interest, at present I have no classes in Penketh, but as you know Penketh is just 1 1/2 miles from my Bold Street class in Warrington town centre overlooking the nice Palmyra Sq Gardens. If you are interested may i suggest that if you are free on Sunday come and have a chat to me while at the Chinese New Year festival, which will held be over at Dalton Bank, just off Manchester Road, (Fairfield Street) opposite St Elphin’s Park

Regards
Paul
